The prices listed above are valid for vacation packages that include a minimum of 2 adults travelling on the same day.
- Flight fares are not
included (you may select a flight that best suits your itinerary), and package prices may
vary.
- The availability of
airline seats and hotel rooms at the time of booking may change or be provided accordingly.
- Anything not
specified in the itinerary—including meals and services—is not included.
- Other services, such
as meals, that are not specifically listed in the itinerary are not included.
- On all overseas
vacation packages sold starting on July 1, 2012, we will impose an extra fee of 3.09% in
accordance with the New Service Tax regulations in place as of that date.
- Because there were
no available seats in the desired class at the time of booking, the prices mentioned were
subject to change.
- Peak Season
Surcharges are not part of the package price.
- Hotels will be
confirmed 5–7 days before departure; however, in the event that the stated hotels are not
available, replacement lodging will be arranged in a hotel of a comparable calibre.
- Airport taxes, hotel
rates, the rate of exchange (ROE), transportation costs, government taxes, and entrance fees
are all variables that could affect the rates.
- On all overseas
vacation packages sold starting on July 1, 2012, we will impose an extra fee of 3.09% in

- When you cancel a
flight five days before to departure, you will be charged the fare difference, a cancellation
penalty, and INR 2,000. This is covered under the heading of "Flight Company." It depends on
whether you select a flight that is refundable or not.
- Once a hotel
reservation has been made and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled seven days before check-out.
- You must follow the
hotel’s rules & regulations once you check – in & stay.

Cancellation Points
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation fees plus INR 2000 for flights: (if Refundable)
- 50% refund for hotel cancellations made up to four days before check-in (if Refundable)
In case of Cancellation Holiday Package
- 75% of the entire payment is refundable 30 days before departure.
- 50% of the entire payment will be refunded 29 to 15 days before departure.
- 30% of the entire cost is refundable from 14 to 8 days before departure.
- 7 days before departure, no cancellation is permitted.
- When a flight is first-level confirmed, name and date changes are not permitted.
- Written cancellations or emails to info@travelginie.com will be accepted.
- All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
